This blacksmith, artist, cook, and salt entrepreneur is from San Francisco, originally hails from Sicily. His work, both in the kitchen and in his studio, The Forge, is inspiring and delicious. He has taken Michael Pollan hunting for wild boar, cooked dinner for Alice Waters, cures his own charcuterie, makes his own wines and vinegar..and as seen above, makes a mean gnocchi!

News Flash!! I am going to be teaching an electroforming class. I have had many requests for a class for using botanical/natural/found items as well as sculpted forms for electroforming jewelry elements. I am still working out all the details of the class...as well as an economical studio set up for electroforming so you can continue your discoveries when you get home to your own studio.
